PPIB’s founder, the late David Lakamp, believed in delivering the highest level of customer services to policyholders, marketing each renewal for the most competitive premium; Mr. Lakamp strongly believed that the insurance agent and not the insurance company should take the primary role with promoting risk management guidance and education to policyholders.
Those same principals established by Mr. Lakamp remain the core objectives of IOA DPIB.
